The user agrees and accepts that during the period of validity of this agreement, the Merz Dental GmbH is at any given time entitled to gather, process, and use all information and files that are, as a part or in connection with their utilization, needed to fulfill the mutual duties.

Furthermore, the user agrees and accepts that during the period of validity of this agreement, the Merz Dental GmbH is entitled to use the information, data, and files for improving their own products and services as well as cutting out mistakes. The utilization of the data by the Merz Dental GmbH for the purpose of complying with legal regulations, corresponding summons from the public authorities, or investigating suspected violations of any kind in connection with the usage of the portal or the interests of the Merz Dental GmbH or their customers is also granted by the user.

The Merz Dental GmbH will treat the required and disclosed customer data associated with this agreement according to the relevant data protection laws.
